Right on time for Christmas, my website decided to call it quits. No idea why \u2013 maybe it just wanted to go on holiday as well. In any case, my old theme had clearly had enough, and to be honest, it was pretty outdated anyway. I hadn\u2019t touched it for ages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The time between the holidays came at just the right moment, giving me the chance to give the site a fresh new look. I\u2019ll admit it took a while to get my head around the new theme and to set up the basic structure. But now? Now the site is finally presentable again \u2013 without the screen running away from you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Of course, there will still be a few bolts to tighten over the next couple of weeks. Some content doesn\u2019t quite fit into the new concept yet, and in a few places I still need to figure out where things belong. But the foundation is in place!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019m already looking forward to the new season \u2013 to new rides and to bringing the website back to life. After all, it\u2019s not just supposed to look good, it\u2019s meant to ride along with me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
